My speciality is transforming offices for small client-facing businesses occupying older classical buildings.

Law firms, embassies, creative agencies and co-working spaces are some of the businesses I work with in the Brussels area. I help them express themselves creatively through décor and design, so they make an impression on their customers and love where they work.

Phase 1

INITIAL CONSULTATION & DESIGN

During our first meeting, we’ll discuss and define the project scope, ensuring I fully understand your ideas, wishes, and requirements.

I’ll take measurements in order to design and prepare 3D drawings and mood-boards, and I’ll present your initial design.

Phase 2

DETAILED DESIGN & COST ESTIMATE

We’ll review and discuss the initial design, and make any necessary changes.

Then, I’ll complete your concrete design and confirm the project scope, including the indicative budget.

Phase 3

PROJECT ORGANISATION

I’ll prepare detailed drawings, plans and colour schemes, and select every component, from flooring and lighting fixtures to soft furnishings.

I’ll obtain detailed quotes from the builder and other suppliers, agreeing on all design elements. Orders are placed and deliveries are scheduled. Expect regular meetings with me and my team.

Phase 4

PROJECT EXECUTION

Here, our focus will be on regular site visits as your project gets underway. I’ll be managing your project timeline and coordinating the works, resolving any issues that may arise. I’ll be reviewing and approving invoices from the builder and other suppliers, and I’ll complete the final decorating and styling of all rooms.

Phase 5

PROJECT CLOSE-OUT

We prepare a ‘snag list’ and follow-up with the builder through to completion. We’ll do a last walk-through, clarify final costs, and I’ll hand you a Close-Out folder including all financial reports, contacts, and product specifications. I’ll arrange a shoot with my photographer and present a special “Photo Book” to you, beautifully documenting our entire project.
